I don’t bake so much, as I prefer to not follow recipes when I cool. But for sweets you kind of have to. I did make flourless chocolate cookies a few months back that were okay, and that I should try again as it wasn’t too difficult!

I don't usually make sweets, but with my Scottish heritage I'm going to make an exception for this shortbread -- made sure this morning at the grocery store that I had the ingredients available.
