Well, wine is almost always part of a dinner meal around here, so there you go. (Your dry martini sounded excellent though.) I actually didn't put together a package for this; had some leftovers. My scheme with chicken thighs is to buy the largest package I can find, usually 8, make them and then they can be for lunches or frozen for future easy protein. I'm going to try this recipe on the BBQ also; it should work well.
